Do the expense ratios come out monthly, quarterly? Does it vary from fund company to fund company? How can I find out? I checked a couple prospectuses and it wasn’t in there. Thanks.

I believe that over the next 10 to 15 years the biggest and best investment one could make (long term and not touching the investment) is nanotechnology, which is truly disruptive technology. It just has not hit the collective conscious yet. When it does, watch out.

I work for union pacific railroad and they use Vanguard mutual funds. I am single and have not started investing in the fund. I am concerned about investing in a fund. The fund is taken out before taxes. So should I put in the maxium?
